A 1986 qualified chartered accountant having wide experience of conducting audits of various MNCs having wide network of branches with special emphasis in analyzing the internal control systems, identifying its weaknesses and suggesting improvements, appropriate audit/remedial measures. He had completed his CA article ship from M/s. LOVELOCK & LEWIS (A Member firm of PWC), an international firm of Chartered Accountants.
He specializes in Project Consultancy including drawing up the business collaboration arrangements, preparation of detailed techno-economic-marketing feasibility/project reports, obtaining of all applicable government approvals, assistance in appraisal, sanction and disbursement of loans from financial institutions and banks, designing of accounting and management information systems, drawing rehabilitation/revival package for stressed/Non-performing assets (NPAs).
He also specializes in conducting all kinds of audit and assurance assignments, income and corporate tax planning, income tax assessments and appeal work, international taxation matters, DTAs, Transfer Pricing etc., Foreign Direct Investments, Overseas Direct Investments, Company Law, NCLT matters etc.
